Clay Myers-Bowman

Clay Myers-Bowman is a seasoned photographer with a passion for capturing the breathtaking beauty of landscapes across the globe. His camera has explored the diverse terrains of the United States and ventured into the stunning vistas of Iceland, Turkey, Germany, France, Norway, and Sweden, inviting viewers to see familiar and faraway places with fresh eyes. In 2026, Clay’s solo exhibition Where Land, Light, & Water Meet: San Diego and Beyond at Nainsook Framing + Art Gallery in San Diego showcased his ongoing exploration of coastal and desert landscapes. Using a variety of Nikon cameras and lenses, Clay patiently crafts each image, waiting for the perfect interplay of light, weather, and landscape. Beyond his own practice, Clay contributes to the photographic community as a volunteer with the Center for Photographic Art in Carmel and as an exhibiting member of the Salinas Valley Art Gallery, where he helps create welcoming, engaging spaces for people to experience fine art photography.
